Day 1Port Blair Arrival, City Tour

Pickup from V.D. SAVARKAR AIRPORT Port Blair After Check - in trip to Corbyn's Cove Beach (Activities – Swimming / Jet ski Ride / Speed Boat ride) and evening Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail (National Memorial). (Changing Room will be available at Corbyn’s Cove Beach). Night stays at Port Blair.

Day 2Ross & North Bay Tour

(0800) Two Islands tour (NETAJI SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE ISLAND (Ross Island) + North Bay Island) (Activities at North Bay – Swimming / Diving / Sea Walk / Snorkeling) (Changing Room will be available at North Bay). Night stays at Port Blair.

Day 3Havelock Transfer, Radhanagar Beach

Early Morning departure for SWARAJ DWEEP ISLAND (Havelock) by *Private Ferry and Hotel Check - in. After lunch a trip to Radhanagar Beach (One of the Top Ten best Beaches in the Asia). (Changing Room will be available at Radhanagar Beach). Night stays at Swaraj Dweep Island.

Day 4Elephanta beach trip

Morning proceeds for Elephant Beach (Depends upon the weather condition) (Activities: Swimming). (Additional activities: Snorkeling / Glass bottom boat ride /Sea Walk / Jet Skye / Banana Ride / Speed Boat Ride.). (Changing Room will be available at Elephant Beach). If weather does not permit, then visit to Kalapathar Beach. Night stays at Swaraj Dweep Island.

Day 5Return to Port Blair

Morning Checkout (0900) Additional Adventure: Scuba Diving / Snorkeling or Sea Walk. After Lunch Return to Port Blair by *Private Ferry Hotel Check-In (Relax in the Hotel or go for Souvenir Shopping). Night stays at Port Blair.

Day 6Drop to Airport

Drop to V.D. SAVARKAR AIRPORT, Port Blair. Returning from the journey with a Smile on the faces, Eyes filled with mesmerizing views of Nature at its best of Andaman and Heart filled with urge to come back to Re Discover Andaman with Us...

Inclusions

  • Daily Breakfast on set menu or buffet basis, as indicated in the meal plan. (Except breakfast on day of arrival).
  • Entry tickets, and ferry tickets to all sightseeing places. Port Blair – Havelock – Port Blair by Private Ferry (ITT / Aashi / Sea Link / Makruzz).
  • All transfers by 1 Ac car in Port Blair/ Havelock (We provide AC Xylos / Ertiga at Port Blair and Havelock)
  • Excursion to Elephant Beach or Light House subject to weather conditions.

Exclusions

  • 5% GST as per the Govt. policy.
  • The rates provided are on current hotel tariff, if the hotel tariff revise, then cost will differ.
  • Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the sights in the tour itinerary.
  • Entry fee for Ross + North Bay is not included.
  • Guide Charges, Entry fee of Ross & North Bay Island, Camera /Video Tickets.
  • Snorkeling, Jet Sky, Glass bottom Boat Ride.
  • Other meals not mentioned, laundry, telephone calls and incidentals.

THINGS TO NOTE

  1. All guest who are visiting Havelock whether for day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs and handover to our representative on arrival so that he can get the tickets issued for Havelock – Port Blair.
  2. All guests are requested to come out of the Airport where our representative will be waiting with a placard.
  3. In case you have opted for a snorkeling trip we would request you to carry change of clothes/towel and mineral water.
  4. Do carry comfort clothing while in Andaman’s – Shorts/T Shirts/Open footwear/Cap/Sunglasses and sun lotion.
  5. Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
  6. All hotels in Andaman have an early check out time and late checkout is subject to availability. At Havelock since the ferry departs only at noon guest could relax and unwind on the beach.
  7. In case you are taking the early morning ferry to Havelock and would like to pack the breakfast, request you to advice the hotel in advance.
  8. The snorkeling trip to Wandoor happens either at Jolly Buoy or Red Skin depending on the permit issued by the Forest Department; we do not have any control over the same.
  9. All snorkeling trips/activities at Havelock begin by 0730 hrs and the car would arrive at the allotted time as informed by our representative. Request you to please be ready at the time allotted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  3. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  4. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
  2. City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock/Neil, time permitting.
  3. In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/ Govt. Cruise is not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, we will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
  4. Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.

  • Sea Walk charges Rs. 3,700/- Per Dive / Per Head.
  • Snorkeling at North Bay Rs. 1, 000/- Per Head.

  • Dolphin Speed Boat Ride Rs. 3, 500/- Per Head.
